Our SHIELD Maintenance Program is meant to monitor and maintain the health of your roof to prevent surprise emergency repairs and to reduce costly repairs in the future. We feature custom two-year maintenance plans that include pressure washing and cleaning. We offer soft wash roof cleaning, a safe, efficient cleaning system that kills bacteria on contact and does no damage to your roof. - Initial Survey - Our skilled SHIELD technician will examine the current condition of your roof and identify any problems in a detailed report.
- Plan -- First and most importantly, if you have current manufacturer warranties, we will keep you in compliance with their manufacturer requirements. Second, we provide a full roof restoration to bring your roof to ideal condition depending on the condition. Restore your base flashing at perimeter walls or penetrations, open laps, pitch pans, vents, skylights, or deteriorating surfaces such as mortar.
- Maintain -- We provide a Visual Inspection once a year to monitor general wear and tear or storm damage.
