How a stone coated steel installation works with us

1. Free inspection, photos and a written estimate with profile and color samples.
2. HOA submittal with the manufacturer's data sheets and Florida Product Approval numbers, where your community requires it.
3. Lee or Collier County permit and Notice of Commencement filed by us.
4. Tear-off, decking inspection and repair, peel-and-stick underlayment, then the panels, trim, ridge and flashing installed to the manufacturer's specification.
5. County final inspection, warranty documents and your wind mitigation form.

Stone coated steel questions

Does stone coated steel look like real tile?
From the street, yes. The profiles follow the shapes of concrete tile, shake and shingle, and the granule finish has the same matte texture.

Does my HOA allow it?
Communities that require a tile look usually approve stone coated steel in a matching profile and color. We prepare the submittal.

Can I switch from shingle to stone coated steel?
Yes. Because the panels are lightweight, a home built for shingle can take a stone coated steel roof without structural changes.
