How it works with International Roofing
- Free roof inspection and estimate. We inspect your roof, photograph it, and give you a written estimate with material options such as tile, shingle, standing seam metal, stone coated steel and Brava composite.
- PACE eligibility guidance. We help you find out whether your home qualifies and coordinate with Renew Financial.
- Permits and inspections. We file the permit and Notice of Commencement and schedule the county or city inspection.
- Full roof installation. A foreman on site daily, photos and reports, and your warranty documents and wind mitigation form at the end.
