Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Service Coordinator at International Roofing. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating service requests, scheduling appointments, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring timely completion of roofing projects. The Service Coordinator will collaborate with the operations team to optimize service delivery and maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Roofing Repair and Service
- Tile, Metal, Shingle, and Flat Roofing Knowledge Required
- Service Coordination, Operations Management, and Customer Service skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the roofing industry is required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
