Welcome back - we’ve missed you! Living in South Florida, we look forward to the winter months when our friends from Canada, Illinois, and Ohio head back to visit. We plan to entertain on our patios, pool areas, outdoor kitchens, and luscious back yards. We plan on taking long walks in perfect warm weather and take advantage of our gorgeous homes! Check up on Maintenance - You’ve some essential items that have been sleeping since you left, so take some time to check in on them.

1.-Call a Roofing professional to inspect and keep your roof safe and well Maintained. It is important to assure you’ve no broken tiles allowing water intrusion. Also, after the rainy summers and stormy season, you want to check the attic for any unidentified leaks or issue areas.

2.-Call an HVAC professional to inspect and keep the system well Maintained.

3.-Check in on water and utilities to assure they are working properly.

4.-Confirm the alarm system is up and running properly.

Clean your property - Although Florida is gorgeous in the winter, our summers can get a little wild. We see intense storms, heavy humidity, and blistering sun which can really have an effect on the exteriors. Spruce up your home from the mold, mildew, and insects that set up shop.
