Concrete tile in flat, S-tile and barrel profiles from manufacturers such as Westlake, Eagle and Boral, in the colors and blends your community allows. Underneath it, peel-and-stick underlayments such as Polyglass TU Plus and TU MAX, doubled at roof vents, pipes, valleys and other penetrations, with two screws per tile. Tile roofs are fire resistant with a Class A fire rating and withstand wind speeds of 125 mph. Manufacturer warranties vary from 50 years to limited lifetime, plus our 10 year workmanship warranty. Many Naples communities require an approved tile profile, color and manufacturer before work starts. We prepare the submittal package: product data sheets, color samples, Florida Product Approval numbers and proof of license and insurance. We have worked with associations across Naples and North Naples, including Mediterra, and have matched the exact product communities such as Bonita Bay and West Bay Club require.

Naples tile roof questions
The tiles can last 50 years or more, but the underlayment beneath them usually reaches the end of its life at 20 to 25 years. That is when most Naples tile roofs are replaced.
Possibly. Underlayment failure is invisible from the ground. Interior stains, dark streaks on the underside of the decking, and slipped or cracked tiles are the usual clues. A free inspection tells you for sure.
